Return & Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY:
Customers can return their order within 10 days after an order has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags and with its original packaging. Damages and issues-:
If you have received a defective product, send us images at javaimpressions@gmail.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account
Exceptions / non-returnable items-:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized products such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
